New single coming September 6, 2025 on all music platforms
Dear Friends,
Last year I experienced one of the most profound losses of my life: the passing of my mother.
Grief sweeps in like a storm, raw and relentless — forcing you to sit with emotions you didn’t know you had and walk paths you never expected to tread.
In that space — that quiet, broken, searching space — something unexpected happened. Healing began.
This song wasn’t just written — it was lived.
As a Holistic Nutritionist and Life Coach, I’ve come to know that true health is rooted in the balance of your mind, body, and spirit. When one part suffers, all parts feel it and are affected. But I also know that when we allow ourselves to be still — to listen, to grieve, to heal — something sacred can rise from it.
That’s how “The Jordan River” was born.
From Grief to Grace
This song came out of the very real, very raw experience of walking through loss and finding Jesus in the midst of it.
He met me. Quietly. Gently. And powerfully.
Music became the place where I poured out my pain and leaned fully into the faith that carried me through.
It’s a reminder that even in our pain, there is purpose.
Even in our confusion, there is clarity waiting.
Even in grief, there can be the grace of knowing who you are again.
Using the Gifts God Has Given
This song is also a reminder to all of us — that in our healing, we find the strength to use the gifts God has placed within us. Whether that’s music, cooking, creating, teaching, or simply being present for someone else… there’s a reason you’re here. There’s a reason you feel called.
The Jordan River is not just a place in scripture — it’s a symbol of transformation. It’s the place where pain meets peace. Where surrender meets strength. And where identity is restored.
Be the First to Hear It

Final Thoughts
If you’re walking through a season of grief, confusion, or transition — I hope this song becomes a space where your heart can exhale. That it reminds you to pause. To feel. To believe again.
And that just like me, you’ll meet Him at the river.
